Doctorate of Medicine (MD) in Pediatrics is a 3-year long post-graduation degree. Pediatrics is the branch of medicine that deals with the medical care of infants, children, and adolescents. Every year around 1,500 students complete their post-graduation in MD Pediatrics from various reputed Pediartic colleges in India

There are different types of courses that come under MD such as: MD Pathology ,MD Mivrobiology,MD Physiology,MD Radiology and more. The various courses that come under MD Pediatrics are:PG Diploma in Child Health, MS in Pediartics and Diploma in Child Health

The average salary of a pediatrician ranges from INR 80,000 to INR 12,00,000 per annum. After MD Pediatrics, candidates can apply for jobs in both government and private sectors. Also, this course offers various job positions in the field of medicine such as: Neonatologist, Pediatrician, Pediatric Cardiologist, Pediatric Orthopedist etc.
