The main campus in Mysuru houses constituent colleges including the JSS Medical College, JSS Dental College & Hospital, and JSS College of Pharmacy. Additionally, the institution extends its footprint with the JSS College of Pharmacy in Ootacamund, Tamil Nadu, operating as an off-campus facility.
